Stock

We commit to deliver the best possible service and get your order out to you quickly. However, please note that this website is not a stock list. We are a real shop, not a computer controlled warehouse, and seeing an item listed here does not guarantee that we have it in stock. Many of our products are very specialist and sometimes have to be manufactured and ordered in. If this is the case with your order you will be informed of any delay by e-mail. We do not charge for orders until they are picked and ready for despatch.

Catapult endeavours to keep the site up to date and once a limited item is no longer available we remove it from sale.

Payments by Cheque/Postal Order

Postal orders can be cleared immediately, but please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear.

Delivery

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although we can normally deliver well with this time providing an item is in stock. We use first class Royal Mail in the UK including automatic Special Delivery for orders valued at over £40. For overseas orders your package will be delivered by your national postal service.

Refunds and Returns

In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will exchange or refund goods returned to us within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the customer must pay the postage costs. If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge; please contact us. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your return postage.

Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.

Lost Parcels

All orders are insured, so in the case of an order not arriving, we can issue a replacement. In the case of UK orders, 14 calendar days must elapse after the despatch date before we can start to trace your package. In the case of non-UK orders, one month must pass.

After this time, please contact us to report the missing order. Please note:

Before a replacement package can be sent, we will require you to contact your local postal delivery office to check that the item is not awaiting collection. (In the UK, details of your local delivery office can be obtained from Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740740.) If we suspect that a customer's package has been stolen in the post, we reserve the right to refuse to supply further orders. Privacy Policy Catapult 100% Vinyl takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfil customer orders and (if requested by the customer) to provide information via our e-mail new release lists. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.

Information collected

To process an order, we require your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date. To receive our new release information e-mails, we require only your e-mail address.

Security

The shopping cart part of the site is secure, so that your order details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent to us.
