Shipping charges
For orders under £40, our shipping costs consist of two components: a handling charge and a per-item charge. The handling charge is applied only once per order. If you order a mixture of items, the highest handling charge will apply.
For orders worth over £40, normal shipping charges will not apply and the items will be sent by Special Delivery or Parcelforce instead. Please refer to our Special Delivery charges.
You can view the shipping charges for a particular order at any time whilst viewing your shopping basket by selecting the delivery country; the system will automatically calculate the relevant charge.

Special Delivery charges
If your order is worth over £40 and is to be delivered to the UK, it will be shipped by Special Delivery. This provides insurance against loss and guarantees next day delivery (from despatch date). Alternatively, Parcelforce may be used for heavy items. The costs for this are as follows:
